Proper Disposal: Call 911 in case of emergency.

Ammunition is not accepted at the household hazardous waste facilities.

The Seattle Police firing range (11030 E. Marginal Way S.) accepts ammunition and gunpowder that is delivered to their Tukwila site. Call 206-684-7474 for details. Hours of operation are Wednesday through Sunday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Call rifle ranges and pistol ranges listed in the online Yellow Pages. Ask the manager if the site will accept your ammunition.

Call your suburban city police department for assistance. For unincorporated King County, call the King County Sheriff's office at 206-296-3311 (non-emergency line) for assistance.
